I was gonna go all blacked-out, but I wanted to add a little MOPAR touch to the wing, so I used the wing's packaging paper to trace out the blue painter's tape .....

think so? I was thinkin' that too, when I saw the tape marks imprinted in the taped-off area. Ha-Ha!
got it in the sun this morning and noticed fingerprints on the edges. UGH! must re-paint later anyway.

thanx bro. I've got a different idea about the "M" but when I repaint it, it'll be all black but the "M" will still make its way back to the emblem. just want it to look smoother.
I like it - how did you attach it to the car and where'd you get the paint so it matched?

I got it from MicroFinish ..... Automotivetouchup.com Touch Up Paint, Aerosol Spray Paint and Paint Touch Up Accessories (http://www.automotivetouchup.com/)
The Chrysler wing came from US Speed ..... Chrysler 300 / 300C Grille Wing Emblem: U.S. SPEED (http://www.usspeedonline.com/page/U/PROD/CH-300GEMB) ..... comes with 3M tape on back; just pull the plastic off and stick onto the car.
easy enough - thanks for the info and links.
