Panther - Mike - One of the first members I ever met. Active and always quick to lend advice or try and help a member if he can. Has done almost all the mods on his car himself!!

SpeepzSRT - Chris - Active member who is also willing to help out when he can. Always great to hang out at shows or club events.

Martin "Hemicharged" - this guy has been around for about as much as I have. He gets caught up in life with his beautiful daughters but still manages to come hang out with the crew. He has a pretty sick charger but that's the last reason why I would choose Martin... He's just a great member & friend.

Mike "beandip77" - this sombrero was the original event planner. Has spent/dedicated alot of time to this club & it's success in the past. He doesn't make it out that often anymore but will always be a true member to DFWLX!! Hope to see you again very soon brotha

So we have members that are becoming more and more active and trying to help the club and yet they get overlooked for people who have done things in the past but nothing recently?? I think i wont be nominating anyone until i get a clearer understanding of how this really works....... you know what no..... im nominating people who help the club and its members NOW...

Mknight (mario) dude goes to every M&G and outing that we have had since ive joined the club is also a great guy and very helpful in helping me out personally in working on my ride and Pedro's for that matter. Mario i appreciate you and what you do for this club so dont stop what youre doing.

Panther (Mike) also a great guy to be around, has been to almost every outing i have been to and is very outgoing and cool to be around, something all club member should strive for. Mike you got my vote last month and you deserve a nom this month.

And I forgot to add... i got a 3rd person, Chago (Chago) dudes my honorable mention man has been to everything ive been to, and then some, just like Mario.... always willing to help out and hang out with members.... i posted i trust the man with my life and i do.... Chago you are the man bro.

Sorry if my 1st comment strikes a nerve but ive never seen anyone get employee of the month for what was done last year..... seems more like a popularity contest to me.

You can nominate who ever you want. Just explain it.

Past or present these members have been there for the club. Both of the members I nominated fall into your "catagory" of not seeing them around all the time. They have been here for years... Came to tons of events during that time & stayed active with the club. There's dozens of other members that deserve the nomination/win for what has been done before... But as you know we can only nominate two per month & have 1 winner. So it's kinda hard to get to everyone right away.

You can call the contest whatever you want. There's always going to be an issue somewhere. All we can do is roll woth the punches & continue to try to reward our members with the awesome MOTM contest

You know what guys... If you have questions or concerns please PM me about it.

Not going to go back & forth on this. Nominations are nominations... If they win or get to the voting thread that means that more members agreed.

Thank you for your concerns

I find it hard to only nominate two members from this awesome club as everyone I have met has been great. However, I have narrowed it down to three gentlemen.

These gentlemen all have substantially worthy vehicles, so I will forego mentioning that in their nominations.

(On a side not, I feel this should not be a criteria for the honor as not everyone is financially wealthy enough to mod their vehicle; but I’m sure each person is just as proud of their vehicle as the next regardless of their mods.)

I acknowledge that the MOTM rules state that only two nominations are allowed and that only two will be counted. However, I am still going to mention them all here so that in some way they will be recognized by fellow members, if only by them reading the words I type here.

Randy (QWKSLVR)
I would like to nominate this gentleman for February’s Member of the Month honor. His devotion to the club has been revealed in his participation of weekly Meet & Greets as well as numerous club events. He has bestowed his generous hospitality upon his fellow club members by welcoming them into his home; as well as treating them to dinner. He is friendly and approachable to both old and new members alike. He strives to build the club via his online forum activity and continually puts forth the effort to ensure that monthly member honors mean something. Offline, he has hosted local member gatherings to build club camaraderie. He is also willing to turn a wrench with you at anytime; what more could a car guy ask for.

I would like to nominate this gentleman for February’s Member of the Month honor. His devotion to the club has been revealed in his participation of weekly Meet & Greets as well as numerous club events. His is friendly and approachable to both old and new members alike. He strives to build the club via his forum activity online. In my time with the club, he has always made me and my wife feel welcome every time we are around him. He is always willing to answer your questions about his car or your own or pointing you in the direction of help or suppliers. He is a real good guy in my book. He is also willing to turn a wrench with you at anytime.

Santiago (CHAGO)
I would also like to nominate this gentleman for February’s Member of the Month honor. He strives to build the club via his online forum activity. He is always willing to answer your questions about his car or your own or pointing you in the direction of help or suppliers. He is very devoted to his new club, often referring to them as family. He has been known to offer his help, time, and home to help fellow members. He is definitely considered “family” to me.

Gentlemen, I have to remind you that only your first two nominations will be considered as your nominations. Putting a third name is nice, but will not count.

Panther - Mike - As a new member he was one of only a few people to go out of their way to introduce himself and welcome me to the group. Every event I have seen him at since he has been just as friendly and helpful.

And SPARKY cuz he is going to invent the Sherminator 3000, he always keeps things 'interesting', and every club needs a mascot

OK I admit I couldn't think of a second person to nominate that hasn't already won but a nomination is a nomination sparky better enjoy it cuz it might not happen again :D

Chris21- This dude has been doing mods to his whip since he got it and is still modifying his ride every week. I can call chris any time to come out to a M&G or to rep the club at the Ricekiller meets and he will show up.

Chago- For the simple fact that he has a badass ride and he choose dfwlx as a family to roll with. He has also gone out of his way to help members like Randy to pick his hood ETC. He is a Regular at the M&G in arlington.
