They are Vinyl. I used a program on my Laptop to Design them and a friend of mine has the plotter to cut them out. Once Ive cut and weeded them I apply them to the car with a Soap, Water and Alcohol Solution

ya I could only find the covers in chrome and for the price if it dosen't work I'll throw them away but they look great.... Almost like stock if you didn't know better.
