suddenly dash board light flashes while driving

today i was driving home & suddenly my lights: brake, seatbelt, battery, oil, gas and than my odometer hands goes wacko on me I hit the gas & it all disappear, it happen a couple times more. I thought that my car battery swent dead but that wasnt the case. Has this happen to anyone? If not than what could this be. Please Help, Thanks!!!

But they didnt accomplish anything except to tell him to take it to the dealership.

My first thought would be an intermittent ground issue.

aftermarket stereo or any internal add-ons?

Unfortunately, with it only having happened once, it is unlikely that a trip to the dealer would accomplish anything.

Had a similiar problem with my '05 magnum. Have someone check the wiring harness. They found a crack in mine that was causing the electrical to short out.

That happened to me when I had the sunroof cracked while it was pouring rain. Water somehow got into the trunk, inside the fuse box and it created all sorts of electrical problems. Dried everything and its never happened again...
