I noticed at the meet yesterday that a few of the members either removed their front license plate and left the bracket or removed the bracket all together and left the two holes in the front bumper. Well if you are like me and dont like the plate on the front, but the dealer drilled and mounted one anyway - here's a cheap solution. I did this right after I bought my Charger and I've recently done it to my wifes Avenger. All you need are two cheap items and a simple tool.
1st - a $6 fuel tether cap kit from Auto Zone.
(the number in the top left is 55300)

This is what you will need out of it. (it comes with four)

If you can find an alternative go for it, but I searched and searched and this was the best fit.
2nd - a $6 bottle of OEM touchup paint, also from Auto Zone. They even have a book at the display with the color codes/color names.

Now the how to: Take the black plastic rivets and paint them using the touchup paint (it has a pen and brush applicator). While waiting for them to dry, simply remove your license plate bracket and slightly widen the existing holes with either a screwdriver or drill. Once the rivets are dry (about 3-6 hours depending on the number of coats you choose) push them in the holes of your bumper. Your done.

Hope this quick write up help anyone who has been looking for a solution to what I consider - an eyesore:).
Happy Modding !!!
