Dash Disassembly

Ok, I know there are a few of you that have taken the dash apart so you can get to the gauge cluster. Can someone give me a heads up on what you do. Is it just a pop in thing or are there screws involved. thanks. any thread with pics would be helpful too.

i have pulled the glove box out on pedros car also when i was doing some lighting.
that side is easy too
