installed mine last night.
they are the new Slim ballasts from HIDGATE and they are 8000 color

The HIDGATE kits are VERY inexpensive - $72 a kit. If you send him a message on ebay he'll (at his discretion) give you a small discount for ordering two at once. Search ebay by seller for HIDGATE.

no problems at all but only had them in one night

Keep me updated Eric. I may have to go that route. I have a set of 10k HID for fogs but i'd like to have the kits match.
