Well I would like to say I wanted it this way, but the truth is I broke one of my Halo's when installing. So all I could do was finish the big ones. I didnt order the extra set because I always take my time doing things and I am very careful when working on anything, so I thought I would be ok. Let me say these things are FRAGILE!!!!!!!!! I was acting like I was defusing a bomb or something and it just SNAPPED. I went ahead and ordered another set, however it will be fall before I install them. My garage is hot as HELL. The install is fairly easy, just takes time. The separating of the lense from the body of the light kinda scared me, but it was easy. The hardest part is actually getting the Halos epoxied and correctly set without breaking them. The wiring is easy also. It all just takes time. I hear Mecha's garage is air conditioned, so that will be alot better for those doing the Halo party. Anyway....here is some pics.

I am kinda concerned about road vibration or harsh bumps as easy as mine broke. But I guess there are a lot of them out there that are not broke....so we will see.

Eric, the most important thing is TAKE YOUR TIME. I am interested to see how the Halo party works after doing mine and seeing that patience is the most important thing. But if you have people working on different things like you suggested, it will most likely be fine. It took me about an hour to get the front end off. I took the front wheels off, so it was easy to drill the plastic rivets out. Then it took another hour to bake the lights and pull them apart. The wireing took me a hour, but I am not good at that, so I had to check and recheck everything. I didnt even mount my switch yet. About 45min to drill the housings for the halos....took my time, I didnt want to make a mistake when drilling. Then you have to put the lights back together and bake again to soften the glue and press back together. Then another 1 1/2 hours to button everything up. So to answer your question, I think I spent a solid 6hrs on this. I was working by myself tho. I think you will be hard pressed to do anymore than 3 or 4 cars in a day.
