This is my 13 month old, 78 pound flashy golden brindle Boxer name Bodie. Named after the character "Bodie" from the HBO series "The Wire". My partner in crime that I usually take everywhere with me except when I don't feel like cleaning drool from the side of the car. He will be available for stud service in a couple of months if anyone knows of any females that will be available for breeding. He's ready to stick and move!!!:leghump:
Call Name: BODIE
AKC Registered Name: THE WIRES CORNER BOY BODIE

I appreciate it all the comments. Took me 3 years to find a Boxer that color and I bought him from a breeder in Forney who was selling males for $1100 but I talked him down to $675... what a steal...

Beautiful "puppy"!!
The wife and I wanted a boxer and were gonna adopt one this fall.
Instead we ended up with Romeo (our Spitz puppy).

Great pics and a handsome pooch. My "road dog" dosen't ride with me as much as I'd like either. I hate cleaning drool off the side of the Charger too. LOL

Sorry to hear that Chris. Don't know what I would do if I lost mine now that I have him. Are you going to get another boxer?

My cousin breeds pits too but we can't have pits here where I live. Both the city and my homeowners association frowns on pits. Idiots that don't know anything about dogs mistake Bodie for a pit all the time when I'm out walking him and argues me down he's not a Boxer. One lady even called security on me at the park when I was walking him.

man where do you live? HOA don't know jack. It's how you raise dog not the breed in general , a small dog can be more dangous than a bigger breed.......

I live in DeSoto. Yea, i know about those small dogs, my daughter has a Shih Tzu (Chloe) that raise more hell than my Boxer. She acts like she weighs 150 pounds when she's only 9 pounds soaking wet!!! I think she has the little man complex like she has to prove something.

That's very ignorant, can't tell a Boxer from a pit

I have been bitten about 20 times in my life.
12 were in one year.
Of the 20 times, about 17 were dogs UNDER 10 lbs.
The little dogs are the ones to watch - and they seem to have sharper teeth.
We had a female Rott for about 10 years.
Our homeowners insurance gave us all kinds of crap because of her.
She was the sweetest dog we have ever owned. Dumb as dirt, but sweet.
She never bit a soul and never would have.
The only two problems we had with her were our fault.
1: she would chase anything round. She would literally fetch until she collapsed from exhaustion. If it looked like a ball, she wanted it. That would include the neighborhood kids soccer and basketballs.
2: When she was a puppy, we taught her to "smile". She would raise her front lips and show her front teeth. To us it was cute, to someone that didnt know her, it was intimidating.
Picture now an 80 lb rotty running down the street to meet you. She is happy and is "smiling" to you. Kinda scary if you dont know her.
I guess the long overdue point is that I have known more REALLY friendly big dogs that were "bad breeds".
